le kif sportif is an amateur football club in arizona, created by brothers, gino and lorenzo belassen. the name sort of translates to "the love of sport" or "sporty love", and brings old and new friends together, to once again, play for something bigger than ourselves…
so, le kif was born.
our colors are inspired by the côte ouest of france, and our father’s upbringing in biarritz. alternating brown and baby blue stripes, complemented by hints of sable and hot pink, round out our visual language. as does film photography, our iconic "cielfie-s" taken post-match, and our l’equipe newspaper graphics, with supporting text by ChatGP3.
the team competes in the local sunday league, as well as in lorenzo's own "chump league" on wednesday nights in north scottsdale.
